Is the Health Check actually free? What's the catch? 健康体检真的是免费的吗?有什么附加条件?

It's free, and there is no catch. We do it because roughly one in three landlords we audit ends up moving their property to us — but only after they've seen what's possible. Even if you stay with your current agent, you walk away with a written report on what your property is really worth, plus any compliance gaps you should fix immediately.

Not at all. You can use the audit to negotiate better service from your current agent, to verify your rent is being maximised, or simply to confirm your compliance is in order. We do the work whether you switch or not — your address is enough.

Yes. Queensland's standard PAMD form 6 allows owners to change agents with appropriate notice. We handle the entire switching process for you — including notification to the current agent and tenant — at no cost. The Health Check call is a good place to map out the timing.
